Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibition of SPAM and Illicit Content

It is strictly prohibited to use BeeSync's WebSockets or Push Notifications infrastructure to send unsolicited messages (SPAM), phishing, defamatory, fraudulent content, or content violating the local laws of Peru, Brazil (LGPD/Marco Civil), Argentina, or international jurisdictions.

2. Respect for Quotas and Anti-DDoS Protection

Each subscribed plan has defined limits for concurrent connections and messages per second. Deliberate attempts to saturate the network or perform denial-of-service attacks will result in the immediate suspension of API keys (`app_key`).

3. Preventive Traffic Suspension

BeeSync reserves the right to temporarily pause an application's traffic if an anomalous pattern of bulk sending is detected that violates Google FCM or Apple APNs policies.
