Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and creating an account on the BeeSync platform, the client and their authorized users expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of the Service and Infrastructure

BeeSync provides high-availability SaaS infrastructure for real-time messaging using WebSockets and bulk Push Notifications for web and mobile applications. Usage limits (messages, events, and concurrent connections) are defined by the active plan subscribed (Developer, Personal, Professional, or Enterprise).

⚠️ 3. Data Retention Policy and 30-Day Grace Period

In the event of voluntary cancellation, non-payment, or downgrading to the Free plan (Downgrade to Developer/Sandbox):

All project information, tokens, and account metrics will remain securely archived for a grace period of thirty (30) calendar days.
During these 30 days, the client will have access to export a complete backup of their data and projects.
After the 30-day period expires without reactivation of a commercial plan, the platform may proceed to clean up the archived data that exceeds the free limit.

4. Service Levels (SLA) and Availability

BeeSync guarantees a 99.9% monthly uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans. The BeeZync API Service manages automatic load balancing and automatic real-time reconnection.

5. Account Cancellation

The client may request the permanent termination of their account at any time from their profile settings. This action will execute a logical deletion, suspending access but retaining contact records internally under strict confidentiality standards.
